Hamlet Character Choice #12

I chose Ophelia as my perspective to blog from because as a female I think could relate better with her and with her problems. Most men would probably just see her as a whining and over-obsessed girl but to someone who can relate to heart break or a crush I think I could definitely get a better perspective. I have always wanted to learn more about this particular character because although she is known to be one-dimensional and static I still believe she is a major character and quite interesting. She is deeply in love but still faithful to her father and her brother's orders, which I think is very admirable because I don’t think that would be the case for teenage girls in this century. I think she symbolizes rarity now in this century but at the same time very relatable so I think writing in her perspective could be very fun and enlightening for my blog.
